A local shopping strip approached us to help with the concepts for a series of Pop Up Shops.
The brief for the homewares shop was to create an atmosphere that was instantly appealing to the passing customer.
All the homewares were in the Contemporary meets Farmhouse style. Light oak and whitewashed furniture in traditional designs. Patterned cushions in soft hues.
The modern, lighting pendants featured in the space would also be at home in a country farmhouse. Pearlescent mirrors hanging throughout add the necessary scale.
We recommended Venetian plaster for internal walls in soft apricot. Two of the walls were to be featured in a slightly darker pink to create a focal point. This was the largest expense as the existing timber flooring was in great condition.
We also suggested sheared, textured rugs in pink tones to give the shop a real feeling of history.
The outcome was one charming and enchanting Pop-Up.
